HELPFUL HINTS!

 1)  "NEVER EVER" use Original Gorilla Glue or any other expanding glue on wood furniture. Without proper clamping the Gorilla Glue will expand and cause structural damage. It can only be removed by sanding or scraping.

2)  Use black sharpie to quickly hide minor scratches on dark furniture.

3)   Nailing a loose joint in a chair is no substitute for re-gluing and may damage the chair.

 4)  Save all small splinters of broken furniture - its easier to repair with original pieces (and less expensive) than manufacture missing ones

5)  Never slide a piece of heavy furniture without putting sliders under it

6)  Before applying glue to broken pieces, dry fit & be certain of clamping plan

7)  If you're short on clamps substitute blue painters tape - duct tape will work but it leaves a sticky residue. Blue tape will also be hard to remove if left on too long.

8)  To remove sticky residue use WD40

9) Never use cleaners with alcohol or bleach in them on wood finishes.
